With those “gratefulness thoughts” as the setting for today’s reflections, why not decide to take a day — or longer — and take note what you see, sense, feel, or hear about in the life of your spouse that you are grateful for?

Play the old children’s game of “I spy” and spy on your husband or wife for the purpose of “catching” everything for which you are grateful, which you enjoy, or which you appreciate.

Why do this?  Well, for one reason you could share what you discover. And, you could pave the way for revisiting what you discover in your mind for later (see quote above).
